Thank you for your interest in this all volunteer program! You are encouraged to submit your request at least 1 week before the date of your event. The earlier your request, the greater your chance of receiving everything you need. Please follow the steps below to make your Zero Waste event successful.

  1. Review and agree to the Terms of Agreement, which includes cleaning procedures.
  2. Complete and submit the LMAP Request Form including the title and date of your event along with the number of items you would like to borrow.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email from lmap@somra.org.
  4. A volunteer host will contact you within 48 hours to follow up on your request.
  5. Please bring the confirmation email with you when you pick up your request..
  6. Pickup and return location is at the Ashland Recycling Center. Click here for directions.
